We offer 1:1 or 1:2 personal training sessions!

Personal training is a great way to introduce yourself to exercise and/or try something new. They can also be very useful if you are undergoing any rehabilitation, with us or elsewhere. With our specialised musculoskeletal knowledge, we ensure you are training safely and efficiently!

Each session is designed for you… and only you!

Home sessions are available with all equipment supplied OR we can train in the Shipston Personal Training Studio.

 What to expect 

  • Your trainer is a qualified and insured Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapist. 
  • We will work with you to set and achieve your desired goals 
  • We will introduce you to a variety of exercises and new ways of training 
  • You will work within your ability and will provide motivation to challenge your self in a safe environment. 
How it works 

  • Your first session will be used to get to know each other, set goals, fill out the relevant paperwork, set an exercise plan and train. From then on, sessions are booked on a monthly basis. 
  • Training can be held at the Shipston Personal training Studio or in your home 
  • 1:1 or 1:2 sessions are available for the same cost!


CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or re-scheduling appointments.
  • Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur the full fee charge
  • Enhance Soft Tissue has the right to cancel a treatment without notice if the room or environment is unsuitable for the treatment to be provided, or if the therapist is taken ill. A full refund will be paid in event of cancellation.
