Personal training is a great way to introduce yourself to exercise and/or try something new. They can also be very useful if you are
undergoing any rehabilitation, with us or elsewhere. With our specialised musculoskeletal
knowledge, we ensure you are training safely
and efficiently!
Each session is designed for you… and only you!
Home sessions are available with all equipment supplied OR we can train in the Shipston Personal Training Studio.
